Shipping:We will typically ship your order within 3 business days of order placement. Certain special orders and drop shipped items may take longer to process and ship. All shipments are sent via USPS priority mail or USPS ground (in case of certain essential oils that cannot be shipped air). Please allow up to 10 days shipping time. We ship from Salt Lake City, Utah. Please note: We only ship to the continental United States at this time. We do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO, APO. If we are not able to fulfill your order completely, you will be notified within 2 business days, and your card will not be charged until you approve a partial shipment. You may also elect to cancel your order at that time.
Shipping charges:Our shipping charges are based on the total purchase price. These will be indicated when you checkout and pay for your order.

Sales tax:If a purchase is shipped to an address in Utah, we will collect sales tax based on the prevalent sales tax rate for Utah.
Easy returns at Scentsations Lotins & Oils! If you're not happy with your purchase, just return it to us within 30 days of the shipment receipt for an exchange or a refund of the full purchase price. To initiate a return, email us at email@example.com Please include your order number and reason for return. You will receive return instructions, ship-to address and an RMA number – this number must be included on the outside of the package. Any merchandise that is returned must be sent postage prepaid, tracked and insured.
Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original undamaged packaging with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We can not accept dirty, washed or used products. Goods must be free of any smoking odors. Some products are not available to return: these include (but are not limited to) custom scented lotions and oils, essential oils & perfume oils.
Damaged Returns or missing parts: In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged and/or missing parts, we can work together to get you happy! Please open and inspect your package upon arrival and immediately note any damage with shipper. Damage (obvious or concealed) must be recorded with shipping agent. You must then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt, so we can get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Typically this may include sending replacement parts, or an entire replacement, at our discretion. Under any circumstances, do not refuse a shipment. Refused shipments will incur an additional charge of 10% of purchase price and all actual shipping costs.
